Transforming the Built Environment for a Healthier, More Prosperous and Sustainable Future
Coming Soon! April 8th
April in Sacramento is a special time for USGBC California. Spring has taken hold, the old trees have leafed out, and the Legislative Session is in full swing. It is time for a Day (or, this year, days) at the Capitol. We follow up the epic events of the last few years with PolicyPalooza 2014 at the Capital and the ongoing Green California Summit with two days of panel discussions, an exhibit booth, a day of legislative meetings, and whole lot of convening.
Starting the morning of April 8th, USGBC Advocacy Leaders from around the state will gather to meet their legislators and regulators (as well as each other) in what is always an uplifting event pursuing our mission of transforming the built environment for the greater good.
In addition to members of our host Capital Branch, we will be joined by our statewide advocacy network and invited guests at our annual working luncheon. Later that evening, we’ll also celebrated our heroes at our gala “Green Hard Hat Award” Reception.
